About the role
The Relationship Manager will serve Mashreq Gold’s high‑net‑worth (HNW) client portfolio in Dubai Internet City. You will deliver personalized banking services, deepen client relationships and drive profitable growth for both the client and the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored service to HNW clients, fostering close relationships and retaining their loyalty.
- Enhance Mashreq Gold’s balance‑sheet sales and revenue through cross‑selling of bank products.
- Generate new business from HNW individuals via referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
- Ensure clients are fully aware of the full range of financial services offered by the bank.
- Achieve monthly and annual financial targets, including upselling and cross‑selling to existing and new customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing portfolios of high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
- Excellent networking abilities to source referrals and new business opportunities.
