Relationship Officer – Telesales

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Officer – Telesales to join RAKBANK’s call centre team. The role focuses on contacting prospective and existing customers, promoting the bank’s retail products and achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable RAKBANK retail solutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure all records and documents are accurate and error‑free.
• Provide product information in an engaging manner and maintain effective relationships.
• Hand over responsibilities smoothly during absences to ensure business continuity.
• Gather market feedback on competition and suggest product enhancements.
• Maximise cross‑selling of all banking products.
• Follow up on leads and complaints within the defined turnaround time (TAT) and close them according to SQ guidelines.
• Adhere to telephone scripts, etiquette and RAKBANK’s Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the UAE market.
• Good knowledge of banking and RAKBANK retail products.
