Remote Operations Trainer (Dubai, UAE)

About the role

Moove is looking for a Remote Operations Trainer to ensure its remote vehicle operator team is capable and compliant. Based in Dubai, you will design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding, certification and recertification programmes that enable operators to monitor autonomous vehicle deployments, respond to assistance requests and handle safety events according to Moove’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programmes covering platform navigation, vehicle monitoring, remote assistance protocols, disengagement response and escalation procedures.
• Create and maintain onboarding curricula, SOPs, assessment frameworks, platform guides and scenario libraries.
• Conduct scenario‑based simulations to prepare operators for complex and edge‑case situations, and run calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of intervention rubrics.
• Partner with the Remote Operations Manager and Quality Controller to keep training content up‑to‑date and translate audit findings into targeted training interventions.
• Monitor training completion, performance metrics and audit results to drive continuous improvement of the programme.

Required profile

• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programmes, preferably in a remote or operations environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret audit data and operational trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assessment frameworks.
• Familiarity with simulation‑based training and scenario development.
