Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay at Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. You will manage inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience while supporting the hotel’s revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle room reservation inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain precise guest and reservation records in the hotel PMS/booking system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all communication channels.
• Upsell room categories, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Follow reservation policies and achieve targets for occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Tourism Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar reservations role.
• Strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
