Residence Associate – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Residence Associate is the primary point of contact for residents and long‑stay guests at a Rosewood property, delivering ultra‑luxury experiences and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests, managing arrivals and departures with accuracy and grace.
• Anticipate and respond to resident needs, providing thoughtful follow‑through throughout their stay.
• Coordinate inquiries, special arrangements, and service requests with exceptional responsiveness.
• Prepare residential lease agreements, renewals, and maintain accurate resident documentation.
• Monitor payment schedules, renewals, and ensure compliance with cashiering procedures.
• Conduct departure walk‑throughs and weekly random apartment inspections to uphold standards.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a luxury or ultra‑luxury hotel environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Confident, calm communication with exceptional guest‑facing etiquette, even under pressure.
• Understanding of luxury guest needs with the ability to anticipate, resolve, and follow up on requests.
• Proficient in computer systems and capable of managing documentation accurately.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
