About the role

JA Resorts & Hotels is launching a contemporary sports restaurant at JA The Resort, Jebel Ali. The brand‑new venue needs a dynamic Female Restaurant General Manager to lead the pre‑opening, launch and ongoing operations, creating a memorable dining experience for guests from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the successful pre‑opening, launch and daily operation of the restaurant.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that align with Forbes standards.
• Build, coach and inspire a multicultural team to achieve high performance.
• Drive revenue, profitability and operational excellence through effective P&L management.
• Design and execute innovative promotions, events and experiences.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with culinary and resort leadership to continuously elevate the concept.
• Foster a culture where staff feel valued, empowered and motivated.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in luxury hospitality.
• Strong background in sports‑themed venues, sports bars or high‑energy casual dining concepts.
• Exceptional leadership and people‑development abilities.
• Commercial expertise with solid P&L and revenue‑growth knowledge.
• Track record of leading successful restaurant openings and building high‑performing teams.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a positive workplace culture.
