Restaurant Manager – Premium F&B Outlets in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are a fast‑growing player in the UAE food‑and‑beverage and hospitality market, operating premium restaurant concepts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. As Restaurant Manager you will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive profitability and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our flagship outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities to guarantee seamless service, cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Recruit, schedule, train and evaluate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Control inventory, manage food costs and nurture vendor relationships to protect margins while preserving quality.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE food‑safety, labour and hospitality regulations (DHA, DED, MOHRE).
• Drive sales growth through upselling, promotions and customer‑retention initiatives.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate critical issues to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience with UAE labour‑law compliance and F&B licensing procedures.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in luxury or international‑chain restaurant operations is preferred.
• Food‑safety certification such as HACCP.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems – Micros, Toast, Revel.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and cost‑control tools.
• Familiarity with customer‑feedback platforms – Yelp, Zomato, Google Reviews.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and sales reports.
