Restaurant Waiter – Luxury Hotel Dining

About the role

We are seeking a professional Restaurant Waiter to join the Brunello Restaurant team in Dubai, part of the Kempinski luxury hotel portfolio. The role involves delivering courteous, efficient service to guests, supporting sales and ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to guests at all times.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system.
• Communicate order details to kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages and arrange table settings.
• Maintain a tidy dining area and keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Deliver checks, collect payments, and handle billing procedures.
• Monitor operating supplies, reduce spoilage and waste.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Handle guest enquiries courteously and report any complaints to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar waiter position.
• Preferably experience in an international, luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, including portion sizes, ingredients and allergy information.
