Retail Banking Sales – Sharia‑Compliant Products

About the role

Emirates Islamic is building a talent pool for a Retail Banking Sales position focused on Sharia‑compliant financing solutions. The role will drive acquisition and growth of retail banking relationships by promoting Personal Finance, Auto Finance and Credit Card products to both corporate partners and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate partners and individual customers to promote Sharia‑compliant products.
• Identify new corporate accounts and individual opportunities for onboarding customers seeking specialized financing solutions.
• Achieve cross‑selling targets for non‑assigned products and services, contributing to revenue and market presence.
• Ensure compliance with all Islamic banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements throughout loan and card application processes.
• Meet sales targets for Personal Finance, Credit Cards and Auto Loans while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and evolving customer needs within the UAE retail banking sector.
• Provide expert advisory on financing products, ensuring business leads are effectively realized.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customers’ financial needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles and compliance requirements.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
