Retail & Education Manager – Luxury Cosmetics

About the role

Reporting directly to the Business Unit General Manager for Armani and Valentino, you will own the GCC Retail Education strategy, driving growth and elevating the brand experience across all counters in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement GCC‑specific education plans, providing bilingual (English/Arabic) tools for brand ambassador inductions, product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Roll out retail excellence initiatives to enhance client experience at top‑door locations, monitor CXE results and apply corrective actions with local partners.
• Coach and develop local training teams, supervise the field talent pool and manage the career planning and scheduling of the Regional Makeup Artist.
• Oversee grooming standards, uniform compliance and service‑tool provisioning while managing the education and retail budget, including orders, travel, expenses and gifting.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in retail training or education management within luxury cosmetics or fine‑fragrance brands.
• Proven ability to evaluate, motivate and coach sales staff with an empathetic, patient approach.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with budget planning and translating complex brand information into actionable retail tools.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated and resilient under pressure, with flexibility to travel regularly across the GCC and Europe.
