Retail Platforms & Product Manager

About the role

dnata is seeking a Retail Platforms & Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end inflight retail technology platform. Based in Dubai, you will shape product strategy, drive data and technology innovation, and ensure a reliable, scalable solution for multiple airline customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Data, Analytics and Technology Innovation roadmap in partnership with Enterprise Data & Analytics and IT.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, governance and continuous evolution of the inflight retail platform, deciding between in‑house, partner‑led or off‑the‑shelf solutions.
• Define and govern the platform’s Canonical Data Model (CDM) and integration layer (iPaaS), ensuring alignment with cyber security, infrastructure and data governance standards.
• Lead design, development and ongoing management of in‑house platform components, collaborating with group engineering teams to meet architecture, security and quality standards.
• Select, implement and govern third‑party technology solutions that support the inflight retail ecosystem.
• Coordinate with airline partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technology platforms or products, preferably in aviation, travel or retail services.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, integration platforms and master data management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across engineering, security and business units.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
