About the role
The Retail Sales Representative is pivotal in generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining store standards and supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level customer service: greet customers, thank them on exit, assist with product information and fitting rooms.
- Support store operations: open/close the store, cover the Store Manager as needed, train new staff on POS, meet weekly sales targets and participate in inventories.
- Maintain store standards: ensure cleanliness, proper pricing and ticketing, adhere to dress code, keep cash‑wrap tidy and organized.
- Represent the brand positively: attend meetings, follow company policies, be punctual and flexible with peers and management.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Good verbal communication, ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Proficiency operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
