About the role
Technogym is seeking a hands‑on Tender & Buyer Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to manage the end‑to‑end RFx process, ensure high‑quality tender submissions and support procurement activities across the United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily RFx processes, create timelines and ensure timely, commercially accurate submissions.
- Maintain and update an online bid library, record completed tenders and generate win/loss statistics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate terms and monitor vendor performance.
- Provide ad‑hoc assistance on contractual projects and post‑tender closure activities.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of procurement and tendering experience, with at least three years directly handling RFP/RFI processes.
- Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience with government or military tenders is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced use of MS Office.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
