About the role
We are seeking an energetic Sales & Business Development Executive to generate new business for our branding, advertising, marketing and events services in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including pitching branding, digital marketing, advertising, events, creative and media services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with internal teams and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients and coordinate smooth project handovers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in an advertising, branding, events or marketing agency.
- Proven ability to generate leads, pitch creative services and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and follow‑ups.
- Self‑driven, able to work independently and familiar with the UAE market.
