Revenue Controller – 15‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Finance team at White & Case LLP is looking for a Revenue Controller on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the Middle East Revenue Manager and partner teams across the region to ensure accurate revenue control, billing and collections, supporting the firm’s strategic financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for accounts receivable matters.
• Conduct meetings with partners across the Middle East to review work‑in‑progress and AR balances, document actions and follow up.
• Manage the matter set‑up process from a revenue‑control perspective, ensuring correct information is entered in the 3E system and performing selective testing of bills and unusual balances.
• Identify bottlenecks in billing and collection processes and implement remedial actions.
• Prepare consolidated monthly cash‑collection and billing forecasts for partners in collaboration with finance management and regional section heads.
• Coordinate timely billing with practice assistants, revenue assistants and the Operations team in Manila.
• Consult with matter managers and inventory teams to support revenue and credit control across the region.
