Risk & Regulatory Transformation Manager

About the role

The Manager – RRA will lead risk and regulatory transformation projects for banking and financial services clients in the Middle East, delivering end‑to‑end solutions that strengthen governance, compliance and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Risk & Regulatory transformation engagements across banking and financial services clients.
• Advise clients on non‑financial risk, compliance, conduct risk, operational risk, governance and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Design and enhance risk governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Manage full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and business adoption.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations issued by CBUAE, SAMA, DFSA, ADGM and other regional regulators.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends and leading practices.
• Contribute to thought leadership, business development, proposals and client pursuits.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of non‑financial risk management within the banking and financial services sector.
• Experience in one or more areas such as regulatory licensing, remediation, conduct risk, operational risk, ERM, governance, operational resilience, digital asset risk, compliance monitoring, regulatory risk assessments or third‑party risk management.
• Good knowledge of regional regulatory requirements including CBUAE, SAMA, Basel, CMA and SCA frameworks.
• Experience developing and enhancing risk management, compliance, governance, operational risk, conduct risk and risk reporting frameworks.
