About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Advisor to join the Venini boutique in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury experience to a discerning clientele, promoting Venini’s heritage of artistic glassware and representing the Damiani Group’s standards of elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, identify their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with VIP clients, collectors, interior designers, architects and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
• Promote Venini’s heritage, collections and bespoke services with confidence and passion.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with brand standards.
• Support inventory management, stock organization and daily boutique operations.
• Handle after‑sales service requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Stay informed about new collections, market trends and competitors in the luxury design sector.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in high‑end home décor, design or related sectors.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand with elegance.
