Sales Agent – Watersports

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target‑driven Sales Agent to promote and sell a range of water‑sports activities to hotel guests and beach visitors. The role is primarily outdoors, requiring excellent customer service and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Approach hotel guests and beach visitors confidently to promote water‑sports.
• Sell activities such as Jet Ski, Parasailing, Flyboarding, Banana Boat, Kayaking, Yacht Cruises, and Boat Tours.
• Explain packages, pricing, safety guidelines, and promotions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and upsell premium experiences.
• Coordinate scheduling with the operations team.
• Maintain daily sales reports and booking records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, tourism, or customer service (preferred).
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, German, Chinese) are a strong advantage.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented.
• Basic computer literacy, familiarity with WhatsApp and POS systems.
• UAE experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 2,500 per month.
