Sales Automation Specialist

About the role

Etihad is seeking a Sales Automation Specialist to bridge business teams and technical developers. You will transform agency incentive structures, performance dashboards, and website content into automated, accurate, and user‑friendly systems within the airline and travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements, incentive schemes, and reporting needs into technical specifications.
• Validate and troubleshoot incentive calculations built in Databricks, ensuring alignment with business intent.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide clear visibility into performance and incentive outcomes.
• Develop and update Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components for trade and corporate websites, stepping in for additional development when needed.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across Databricks, AEM, and Salesforce.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities for manual processes in incentive calculation, reporting, and web content workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business systems, automation, or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry is a strong plus.
