About the role

Careers International is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support the sales and business development team. The role covers client coordination, documentation, proposals and internal communication so that sales operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team, designers and estimators on proposals
Prepare quotations, BOQs, presentations and tender documents
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups and meeting coordination
Maintain CRM data, sales records and client documentation
Assist in contract preparation and approval processes
Track leads, project status and payment milestones
Coordinate with procurement and project teams after the order
Support marketing and business development activities

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in interiors
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office
CRM tools and documentation
