About the role
Careers International is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support the sales and business development team. The role covers client coordination, documentation, proposals and internal communication so that sales operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team, designers and estimators on proposals
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, presentations and tender documents
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups and meeting coordination
- Maintain CRM data, sales records and client documentation
- Assist in contract preparation and approval processes
- Track leads, project status and payment milestones
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams after the order
- Support marketing and business development activities
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in interiors
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- CRM tools and documentation
