Sales Coordinator – Pipes & Fittings

About the role

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to support our Pipes & Fittings sales team in Dubai. The role provides day‑to‑day commercial and administrative assistance, manages order processing and customer communications, and helps ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities for pipes, fittings, valves and accessories; support sales executives with client enquiries and quotations.
• Prepare and issue commercial quotations, pro‑forma invoices and order acknowledgements in collaboration with pricing teams.
• Process customer orders in the ERP/CRM system, handling approvals, credit checks and contract terms.
• Liaise with procurement, warehouse and logistics to secure product availability, allocation, dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor order status, communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records, price lists, product catalogues and sales documentation; assist with reporting and performance metrics.
• Support tender submissions, BOQs and technical‑commercial clarifications.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist finance with invoicing, credit notes and account reconciliation.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline sales processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple orders and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for customer‑facing interactions and cross‑functional coordination.
• Commercial awareness of pricing, terms of sale and delivery processes.
