Sales Development Representative Manager

About the role

Reap is a stablecoin‑native payments infrastructure company and Visa Principal Issuer, part of the Payward (Kraken) group. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager will lead an outbound team that builds a qualified pipeline for the New Business Partnerships (NBP) team, targeting fintechs, crypto exchanges, wallets and Web3 platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and Telegram.
• Research and prioritize target accounts across crypto platforms, fintechs, wallets and neobanks.
• Book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers and achieve monthly pipeline targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot and use Gong to refine pitching techniques.
• Provide competitor and ecosystem intelligence (e.g., Circle, Fireblocks, Rain) to the GTM team.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in B2B fintech, payments, crypto or API/infrastructure products.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections without losing momentum.
• Strong written outreach skills that generate responses.
• Interest in stablecoins and digital assets; familiarity with players such as Circle, Fireblocks, Rain or Thredd is a plus.
• Coachable, resilient, self‑directed and fluent in English.
