Sales Engineer – Fire Doors & Glazing Products

About the role

NAFFCO is seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to strengthen its Fire Doors, Glazing, and Special Products divisions in the UAE. The role combines technical sales, client relationship management, and market development across construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell fire‑rated steel and wooden doors, frames, hardware, and architectural glazing systems.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and product specifications tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production, procurement, and execution teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain timely project follow‑ups.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activity, and support pre‑sales marketing activities.
• Organise and present seminars, workshops, and technical training for key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in fire doors, glazing, or building products.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and project cycles.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
