About the role

HRInvest is hiring a Sales Engineer for HVAC and MEP projects in Dubai. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets within the HVAC and MEP market.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants and key decision-makers.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
Generate enquiries, plan client visits and manage opportunities through to closure.
Deliver clear technical presentations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Required profile

Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
5-8 years of direct sales experience in the HVAC or MEP sector.
Established relationships with MEP contractors and consultants in the UAE.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Proactive, commercially driven and able to work independently; valid driving licence is mandatory.
