Sales Executive – Air‑Conditioner & Appliance Market

About the role

Kanionco UAE Trading LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow its air‑conditioner and home‑appliance portfolio across the UAE. You will work directly with dealers, distributors and retailers, driving revenue through strong relationships and market insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers throughout the UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth through dealer networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
• Provide product training and sales support to dealer partners.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns and incentive programs.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports and market insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in home appliances or air‑conditioners within the UAE.
• Established network of dealers and distributors in the UAE market.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools for sales reporting.
