Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive monthly sales targets for the passenger‑car retail business, ensuring the team meets its annual sales and customer‑satisfaction goals. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑delivery follow‑up, market intelligence and new‑business generation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer profile database in the Dealer Management System, capturing accurate vehicle and client information.
• Execute the complete sales process – prospecting, appointments, presentations, negotiations, trade‑in appraisal, closing, vehicle delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Provide technical product information, negotiate optimal deals, and maximise margins while adhering to company policies.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, track arrivals, manage payments, and ensure timely delivery and documentation.
• Assist customers with bank and insurance approvals and conduct pre‑delivery inspections.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to the automotive industry.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the automotive sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
