Sales Executive - Skincare & Beauty

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales of GMG’s skincare and beauty portfolio in Abu Dhabi, managing lead generation, client relationships and achieving revenue targets in line with the Business Unit’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, implement marketing and sales plans, and identify potential customers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and inform brand/category functions of required actions.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales operations, negotiate contracts and design competitive sales packages.
• Visit customers regularly to take orders, confirm delivery details and monitor stock levels.
• Record enquiry progress, produce regular reports on trends, conversion rates and predicted sales.
• Promote the business at events, secure new and repeat business, and advise customers on product developments and promotions.
• Develop a qualified leads database through referrals, email and networking; acquire new accounts.
• Prepare sales documents and support contracting activities in coordination with the Legal department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards, and perform background checks on customers.
• Coordinate logistics for sales orders and deliveries, and ensure timely collection of receivables.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in the skincare and nutrition category.
• Background in pharma.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic or Tagalog.
