Global Director – Sales Enablement & Solutions - Freight Forwarding

About the role

The Global Director – Sales Enablement & Solutions for Freight Forwarding will lead the commercialisation of DP World’s capabilities across its global sales organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for building scalable customer propositions, driving cross‑selling of solutions such as Control Tower, Trade Finance and digital visibility, and shaping digital sales channels for evolving buyer behaviours.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercialisation of DP World capabilities, starting with value‑added services, and develop global sales concepts and playbooks.
• Identify and combine freight forwarding services with digital and financial solutions to create integrated customer offers.
• Enable regional and field sales teams through training, playbooks, guidance and direct support for strategic opportunities.
• Own sales‑enablement content, knowledge bases and tools, ensuring they are available via DP World learning platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Technology and Product teams to build digital sales channels and new routes to market.
• Define KPIs, monitor global adoption, and drive continuous improvement with regional sales leadership.
• Capture successful use cases and replicate best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, commercial excellence, sales enablement or business development in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, solution‑based selling and digital sales models.
• Proven track record of commercialising products or services across multiple markets and of cross‑selling multiple capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical abilities.
• Project and change‑management expertise with willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
