Sales Executive – Digital Marketing & Business Growth

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to lead new business acquisition for NAEL Marketing’s digital marketing services. Based in Dubai, you will combine deep knowledge of digital channels with a consultative sales approach to help clients across sectors grow their online presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and networking.
• Research each prospect’s market, competitors, current digital footprint and business model before outreach.
• Present tailored solutions covering media buying, website development, e‑commerce, branding, graphic design, content creation and social media.
• Maintain a structured pipeline, conduct regular follow‑ups and ensure opportunities do not become inactive.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, respond to technical questions and close deals.
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings, proposals, and revenue.
