Sales Executive – Heavy Equipment (Dubai)

About the role

Sycamore DWC LLC is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to expand its heavy‑equipment business across the UAE. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing dealer and rental networks, and delivering profitable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, rental companies and contractors throughout the UAE.
• Generate leads, conduct site visits and convert prospects into revenue‑generating accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and equipment delivery.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurate CRM records and regular forecasts.
• Collaborate with service, logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide market intelligence on projects, competitor activity and pricing trends.

Required profile

• Age 25‑30 years, graduate degree.
• 3‑5 years of sales or business‑development experience in heavy‑equipment or construction‑equipment markets.
• Proven track record in the Dubai/UAE market with strong knowledge of local customers, dealers and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Target‑oriented, energetic and self‑driven.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
