Sales Executive - Inside Sales Cars (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As a Sales Executive – Inside Sales for Dubizzle Cars, you will maintain strong customer relationships and upsell car services through phone and occasional field visits. You will understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify prospects using cold, warm, and hot leads.
• Consult customers to recommend value‑added services such as insurance, warranties and financing.
• Present tailored proposals and maintain professional communication via email, calls and text messaging.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve offerings and market presence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4–5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized with aggressive follow‑up capabilities to meet targets.
