Sales Executive

About the role

Air Q Limited is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Commercial Department in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building client relationships, generating new business opportunities and driving commercial growth in a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and commercial discussions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contractual requirements in coordination with management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement and operations teams to ensure timely proposal submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or commercial sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer records and sales pipelines.
