Sales Executive – Shipping & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business and strengthen existing relationships for our shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and follow up on inquiries.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct customer visits and business meetings as required.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics or trading.
• Good knowledge of the UAE shipping and logistics market.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
