Sales Lead APAC

About the role

Nexsysone is looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive growth across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role focuses on selling enterprise software, SaaS and managed‑service solutions to telecom operators, tower companies and infrastructure providers. You will report to the Regional VP / Sales Director and travel throughout APAC to meet customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC sales strategy aligned with company growth targets.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities in priority markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to proposals, negotiations and contract closure.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives, operational leaders and procurement teams.
• Create account plans for strategic prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline with accurate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with solution consultants, product teams and regional partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the telecom or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of selling enterprise software, SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APAC telecom markets and regional business practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
