Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager at Koala Picks is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The person in this role will manage and grow sales channels, including retail accounts such as modern trade, schools, and community partners, while identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients across modern trade, schools and community partners.
• Handle negotiations, prepare proposals and ensure timely follow‑up to meet revenue targets.
• Track sales performance, analyse market trends and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to coordinate promotions, optimise product placement and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of FMCG sales management experience, including account management, business development and revenue growth.
• Proven experience in modern trade and strong client‑relationship, negotiation and stakeholder‑communication skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data, prepare reports and develop actionable sales strategies.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Passion for children’s health, nutrition and family‑focused products.
