Sales Manager

About the role

Lead the commercial performance of an international B2B events portfolio, driving sponsorship, exhibition, partnership and event‑related revenue across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and convert new sponsors, exhibitors and partners, building a consistent pipeline across local, regional and international markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned events, selling sponsorships, exhibition space and bespoke commercial packages.
• Manage key accounts, build relationships with senior decision‑makers and increase client investment through rebooking, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue and provide visibility of risks and gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in B2B event sales, preferably in exhibitions, conferences or sponsorships.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving individual and team revenue targets.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Experience selling high‑value sponsorships, exhibition packages and partnership solutions.

Required skills

• Salesforce or comparable CRM for sales activity, opportunity management and forecasting.
• Microsoft Office suite.
