About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers in Dubai to lead sales for the Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio across multiple African countries, driving market penetration and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets for the Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and installed base.
• Develop and execute country‑specific sales plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and conduct regular opportunity reviews.
• Build and sustain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, laboratories, and procurement teams.
• Support contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and distributor strategy alignment.
• Conduct business reviews with distributors and assist with sales planning and account development.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, service, and finance to ensure seamless commercial execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or medical field (e.g., Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Engineering).
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Medical Devices, IVD, Laboratory Diagnostics, or Healthcare.
• Proven experience managing distributors and channel partners across Africa, especially East or West Africa.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving sustainable growth.
• Experience handling commercial contracts, distributor agreements, and complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35% across Africa.
