Sales Manager – Precision Health Wearable

About the role

We are a fast‑growing precision‑health wearable startup based in Dubai, looking for a sales professional who lives and breathes performance fitness. As the first commercial hire, you will shape and lead the sales function from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build the founding sales playbook from scratch.
• Own and develop your own pipeline during the early months.
• Sell across three channels – retail, events, and custom one‑to‑one sales.
• Conduct consultative conversations that link physiology (Zone 2, VO2 max, sleep architecture) with the buyer’s personal goals.
• Feed field insights back into product development, scientific advisory, and pricing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2C or B2B sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong passion for fitness and performance training; able to discuss metrics such as Zone 2, VO2 max, and sleep architecture.
• Formal fitness education or credentials are a plus.
• Thrives in a startup, hustle‑driven environment.
• Current UAE resident, based in Dubai.
