Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the role

Privilee is a lifestyle and wellness membership giving members access to gyms, resorts, beach clubs and wellness experiences across the region. It is founded in the UAE and is expanding internationally, and is looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant in Dubai. The role keeps sales and marketing activity running smoothly across multiple markets, coordinating campaigns, scheduling communications, tracking deliverables and supporting events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, proofread, test, schedule and publish communications by email, push notifications, social media and other channels, including weekends when required.
• Ensure communications are accurate, on time and targeted to the right audiences across all markets.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, venue launches and always-on communications.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers and deadlines, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, CRM and Creative teams on communications, priorities and deliverables.
• Keep marketing activity, communication records and venue information accurate and up to date for reporting.
• Assist with planning, coordinating and attending events, activations and member experiences.
• Research competitor activity, industry trends and market opportunities.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as organising assets, maintaining internal systems and coordinating approvals.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships count).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Exceptionally organised, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable to a fast-moving environment and a team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend communications and events.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and CRM tools.
• Advantage: familiarity with Notion or other project management tools.
• Advantage: experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Vero, Wati), CMS (e.g. DatoCMS, Prismic) or social media scheduling tools.
