Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B OOH Advertising)

About the role

WeSource is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive new business development across the UAE. The role focuses on promoting out‑of‑home (OOH) advertising and outdoor media solutions to corporate clients, leveraging an existing network of decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Sell outdoor advertising and OOH media solutions to corporate clients.
• Build relationships with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Procurement Heads and senior decision‑makers.
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Prepare customized sales proposals and commercial offers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and acquire new corporate clients.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and provide regular performance reports.
• Research market trends, identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience selling billboards, outdoor advertising, media space or similar solutions is preferred.
• Strong existing network of corporate clients and decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
