Sales Specialist – Medical Device (Radiology Imaging)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive the growth of a leading medical device portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on promoting radiology and imaging solutions to dental care professionals and students, building strong client relationships and supporting the market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales and demand for radiology and imaging products (MRI, CT, Mammography).
• Coordinate and conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Present product benefits to groups of dental care professionals and students.
• Maintain and develop relationships with sales, marketing and clinical education teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical Educators on KOL meetings and presentations.
• Assist in onboarding, training and coaching new sales team members.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
• Work with marketing on programme collaboration and manage customer complaints in compliance with corporate governance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in radiology or imaging devices (MRI, CT, Mammography) within the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Available for face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
