Sales Specialist – Steel Refractories (Dubai)

About the role

RHI Magnesita is looking for a Sales Specialist to lead its steel refractories business across Qatar, Bahrain and Israel. Based in Dubai, you will combine technical knowledge of refractory solutions with strong commercial acumen to grow profitable market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the full sales cycle – from market development and opportunity identification to quotation, negotiation, order conversion and payment collection.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key steel producers, technical, purchasing and senior management stakeholders.
• Coordinate internally with technical experts, supply chain, finance and customer service to deliver reliable solutions and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead commercial negotiations focusing on value selling, pricing discipline and long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and forecast demand to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in steel sales, preferably with refractories or related technical solutions.
• Established network and credibility with steel producers in Qatar, Bahrain and/or Israel.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial discipline and a focus on sustainable profitable growth.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Hands‑on, resilient and willing to spend significant time at customer sites and plant locations.
