About the role

The Sales Assistant (Sales Supervisor) is responsible for generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience in the Toys “R” Us store at Dubai Festival City. The role includes operational duties such as maintaining housekeeping standards and visual presentation, with success measured by meeting sales targets and creating a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to ensure a sparkling, organized environment.
• Greet customers promptly with an energetic attitude and adhere to dress code.
• Provide current product information and offer quality service in fitting rooms, including follow‑ups and add‑on sales.
• Efficiently handle cash‑wrap transactions, promote gift cards, keep the area tidy, and capture customer data.
• Thank customers as they leave and invite them to return.

Required profile

• High School Degree.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to use CAD packages (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visuals and plans.
• Good verbal communication skills.
