Sales Supervisor – Retail (Toys R Us)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Supervisor to join the Toys R Us store at Dubai Festival City. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, ensure a welcoming environment and uphold visual standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping experience.
• Greet customers promptly, provide product information and recommend complementary items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, handle cash‑wrap transactions, and promote gift‑card sales.
• Capture customer data in the store database and follow up on enquiries.
• Support inventory replenishment and perform light lifting as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a high‑traffic environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle occasional heavy items.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Illustrator.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Photoshop.
• Familiarity with SketchUp.
• Ability to work with general CAD tools.
