Sales Team Lead

About the role

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join its dynamic food‑delivery team in Dubai. You will lead a group of sales representatives, driving performance and helping the company achieve its ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
• Conduct regular meetings to share best practices, provide updates and address challenges.
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with line manager to create and execute sales strategies and set KPIs.
• Oversee pipeline management, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and supporting deal closure.
• Track, analyse and report team performance metrics, offering data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in business or related field (preferred).
• 4‑5 years of sales and negotiation experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Proven sales leadership experience in food delivery or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tools for pipeline and performance management.
