SAP C4C Consultant

About the role

Valleysoft is seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant to join its Center of Excellence in Dubai. You will help shape customer‑experience solutions by bridging business needs with SAP capabilities, working closely with both functional and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP C4C solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP C4C functionalities, workflows, and business processes.
• Support SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Implement and manage integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases.
• Participate in UAT activities and support defect resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting on large‑scale projects.
• Hands‑on experience configuring SAP C4C, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer‑engagement processes.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Very good command of English.
