School Inspector & Educational Consultant

About the role

Albinora Consulting FZE is seeking experienced professionals to join its team as School Inspectors and Educational Consultants. The role involves working with schools across the UAE to assess quality, support improvement initiatives, and provide expert guidance on educational best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of UAE‑based schools following local standards.
• Provide consultancy services to school leadership on curriculum, pedagogy, and organisational development.
• Analyse inspection findings and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement innovative learning practices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE education policies and reforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector.
• Proven experience in school leadership roles, preferably within the UAE.
• Background in school inspection or education consulting.
• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for improving education.
• Ability to provide at least two leading teacher references.
