About the role
The American Gulf School is seeking a friendly and professional School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff. This role ensures a welcoming atmosphere and supports the Admissions Office during peak periods.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the school reception area and greet all guests.
- Provide accurate information about the school’s programs and answer inquiries.
- Handle telephone calls with excellent etiquette and direct them appropriately.
- Assist the Admissions Office during busy enrollment periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Degree or high‑school qualification.
- Minimum two years of customer‑service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
