About the role

The Secondary I&S Teacher will join Raha International School GC in Abu Dhabi, delivering inspiring and high‑quality instruction to secondary students. The role focuses on fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and a love of learning within a safe and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging International & Social Studies lessons that meet diverse learning styles.
• Assess, record and report student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Promote independent learning, critical thinking and a love of learning.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom and manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students’ academic, moral, cultural, physical and personal development.
• Communicate professionally with parents and stakeholders regarding student progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to school improvement, extracurricular activities and community events.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods.
